5 Promoted to Senior Associate and Associate

We are excited to announce the promotion of five team members in recognition of their leadership, dedication, and contributions to the firm.
Adrienne Cali, AIA; George Gard, AIA; and Christopher Nielson, AIA, CPHC, LEED AP have been promoted to Senior Associate. Each has played a key role in advancing the firm’s work across historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and high-performance design. Their leadership on complex institutional, cultural, and residential projects reflects Bruner/Cott’s long-standing commitment to architectural stewardship, sustainability, and collaborative practice.
Evan Lukasiak and Hannah Osthoff, AIA have been promoted to Associate. Evan’s work in project accounting, performance, and staff development advances the firm’s operational strength and long-term growth. Hannah contributes thoughtful design leadership to transformative reuse and higher-education projects
